Simply find a paragraph someone in the middle of your article and re word it.

5 - Add or change an Example
Are you confused by your article, Your readers will be too add an example to help explain and clarify

6 - Make small changes to each Paragraph
Go through your article and reword 1 or 2 sentences in each paragraph

7 - Combine the Above Methods
You could Combine Methods 4 and 5 and add a Case Study and an example. You could combine Methods 1 and 6 by changing the penning paragraph and then making small changes to other paragraphs. You could even combine more then 2 methods, The Choices really are limitless

Time Management: A Fresh View

Last week I had the privilege of spending some quality time with a dear friend. Unfortunately we live on opposite sides of the world, so we do not spend a lot of time together, but when we do get together it is an uplifting experience.

Paul, and his wife Glenys, have just finished moving into a beautiful new dream home that they have built. It was the first time that I had seen it, and after showing me through the house we went outside and looked out over their land. Paul pointed out where the large spa pool would be, and how there would be a lake over there, where the Monet bridge would be, and how the paths would be laid out.

I recalled how when we had last met, almost a year before, Paul told me that they had found a piece of land and bought it, and they were going to build their new dream home, a Quaker barn on it. He had described to me how it would look, what it would be made of, and especially how his new workshop would be laid out, and now he had just shown me through the actual completed building.

It reminded me of something I first heard from Jim Rohn, many years ago. Jim said something to the effect that humans were the only species that could start something after it was finished. What did he mean by that? He meant that we could completely build something in our mind before we started physically building it.

So how does this relate to time management? Imagine if someone had visited Paul when he was just starting to build the house. All the materials are there on his land, and the visitor asked Paul what he was building. Imagine Paul had answered that he didn't really know, but he would just see what it turned into when it was finished. Do you think that Paul would now be living in his dream home? I very much doubt it.

But many of us live our lives by just seeing how it turns out. We would never just collect up some building materials and start putting them together and see how it turns out. But we do get up in the morning, do whatever we are in the habit of doing during the day, and then go back to bed, and repeat the process day after day. We build our lives by taking whatever comes to us each day, and putting it together to see what it turns out to be.

Consider how much more productive it would be if we didn't get up in the morning until we had decided what we would build with our day. We would usually move ourselves a step closer to our goals each day, in spite of what the day threw at us.

When we are born, we all start out exactly the same, with essentially the same potential. From then on we use that potential differently, and achieve different results. By understanding how and why we achieve different results, we can take control of our results from this day on, and change the whole direction of our lives.

Terror; The Lost War

Zephaniah 1:14-1:18

{Terror; Intense, overpowering fear.An emotion experienced in anticipation of some specific pain or danger (usually accompanied by a desire to flee or fight).A feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of danger. A state or condition marked by this feeling: living in fear. A feeling of disquiet or apprehension: a fear of looking foolish. Extreme reverence or awe, as toward a supreme power. A reason for dread or apprehension} As the Iraq war turns into another Vietnam and Iran remains a nation of anti-Christian, anti-Israely people. I wonder why the Government still insists that the middle east will turn into a democratic stronghold. Democracy and the middle east will never take place. Even the election in Iran was an exercise in futility. No matter who is elected, the Clerics still run the country. Why cant people see that Gods prophecy's, will and are, taking place.

Luke 21:20 tells us, "And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh." Doesnt Luke 21:20 reviele the truth of the world as we see it today. There are many in the Middle East that are preaching peace between them and Israel, but this is because they are afraid of Israel. When the time is right they will strike. Africa is starving to death, The Dead Sea is drying up, Israel is under attack, Earth Quakes are increasing in number, Marriage is being destroyed and the values of many, that were strong just 20 years ago, are slowly slipping away in the name of compromise and unity. Man has polluted and almost used up all natural resources. Familys are afraid to walk down the streets at night, Mothers and Dads are afraid to send their children to school. This my frends is all terror. Terror is right down town, all around. The war on terror cannot be won. Many are deceived that this world will last forever. That things can be changed if we have one world, Religion, Government and Bank. One head of all religious matters. Its time to wake up and smell the smoke. Religion is "NOT" Salvation ! I must say that again,Religion is "NOT" Salvation. Wars and rumors of wars are an item in the news each and every day. 20 years ago we seldom heard of terrorist or wars in multiple countries.

We never heard of combining religions into one unit. God was God and Jesus reigned supreme in our lives. Today we are seeing wars over, Oil, Land, Religion and Power. In just the last few weeks I have read of murder-suicides in our home town. Stalkers and terror on ever hand. Saying that a war on terror is win-able is misleading. Terrorist have been on this earth from the beginning and will be untill the end of time. Don't misunderstand, protecting people from murder is essential but the war on terror is a lost war before it started. We lock our doors because of fear and terror. Lets read an article that was mailed to me from Jerusalem; Foreign Minister Shalom commented on the Iranian elections, maintaining that the election of Ahmadinejad proves that Iran is not interested in reform, conciliation and progress; rather, it is interested in conservatism and extremism.

The foreign minister said that it is more probable now than ever before that the Iranian government will arm the terrorist organizations with nuclear weapons and will thereby distribute the nuclear threat all over the world. The connection between terrorism and nuclear weapons is a global existential threat. The international community must form a unified and decisive policy towards Iran, which will assure that the enlightened western nations will not become hostages of an extremist Iran.

Lets read a little scripture. 1Peter 3:12- 14: For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; 1Peter 3:12- 14 is mistaken by some who believe that God, in these verses ,is promising Christians a peaceful life. That couldn't be farther from the truth. The key phrase is this; "But and if ye suffer for righteousness'"

Many Christians will be immune from violence and terror and then again many will be victims of it. We hear of the wars but very seldom does the news tell of the murders and terrors of Christians, that are taking place each and every day. We Don't hear of the Christian, women being raped, Christian children being kidnaped and brane washed, nor about Christian preachers being beaten savagely, because of their beliefe in Jesus Christ. This is a war on terror that is being ignored by man. This is a war on terror that is destroying this earth. This is a war on terror that is being lost. Zep 1:14-18 tells it the way it is; "The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.

That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land." The Day of Wrath is comming upon this earth and nothing is going to stop it. I wonder sometimes, what it will take for people to understand the God loves them, just the way they are. He is willing to protect them from that awful day but will not wait long. The days of the gentiles is just about over. 911 was another sign. Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and the terrorist that came with them are all signs that this earth is ready for a change. Gods word will cover the Globe but Christianity will not win the world to Christ. Thats not Biblical. Luke 21:9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

If Youre Stuck Then Make a Different Decision

Many people don't really understand the gift they have been given in their ability to be decisive. According to the dictionary, decisiveness means 'having the power or quality of settling a dispute, question, doubt, contest, event, etc.' How individuals use this power of decisiveness will strongly influence the quality of life that they experience.

Not long ago, I really began to understand how my decisions affect my life. My husband and I were going through a difficult time when he lost his job due to his company merging with another organization. I could have been optimistic about the situation, looking at it as a chance for him to get a better job. However, instead of looking at it in this manner, I experienced the situation as me being a helpless victim of life who was suffering some cruel injustice that I did not deserve. I complained about my circumstances to anyone who would listen. "Why was my life getting harder?" "Why were problems that I thought I had successfully overcome once again resurfacing?" I believed that life was totally unfair. I was having a great big pity party and I wasn't even having any fun. (Even peak performance experts sometimes forget the things they teach others and find themselves in the depths of despair.) Finally, as I sat in an advanced success class, the instructor must have gotten tired of hearing me complain and she bluntly told me that my life could be easier if I decided that it would be. I felt like I had been struck between the eyes with 2 by 4. I was more than slightly insulted by that comment and my first reaction was to get my things together at break time and go home.

However, the following morning a funny thing happened. As I thought about my teacher's comments, I decided that she was absolutely right. I decided to believe that my life would be easy and flowing with harmony, peace, joy and abundance. My pity party was over and I finally began to experience joy again. Actually, I began to get downright excited about all of the wonderful prospects in my life.

Why did I have such a tough time initially? It was because I believed that I had to react negatively to what was going on in my life, not realizing that by doing so, I was really deciding the course of my future. I thought that I should be disappointed, frustrated and scared because things were not going the way I thought they should. However, I now understand that my unconscious decision to respond to the situation negatively guaranteed that I would experience more of the same. I did not understand that I could make a firm decision to perceive the events in my life in a different way.

MAKE A DIFFERENT DECISION

Many of us think we have no choice as to how to respond to life. But we absolutely do. Every response that we have is, in reality, a decision and the Law of Cause and Effect will make sure that we experience more of that decision in the future. The Law of Cause and Effect states that whatever we focus on (good or bad), we will attract into our lives. Don't be fooled by its seeming simplicity. This is an extremely powerful law that has a major impact on our lives.

I have decided to interpret everything that happens in my life as something positive and as evidence that greater good is coming into my life. Some people may think I am crazy and not being realistic. I don't care. When I interpret things the way any 'normal' person would (which means negatively), it prevents me from moving forward, it causes me to doubt myself, and I feel pessimistic about my future. I've had enough experience to know that when my thoughts are focused on the problems in my life, my mind is directing the Law of Cause and Effect to bring more of the same types of negative experiences into my life. Well, I am having none of that anymore, thank you very much. When I interpret things in a positive way, it makes me feel good and then my mind is focused on good and the Law of Cause and Effect will bring more good into my life . It sounds like a better plan to me. Besides, most of the time when we interpret a situation in a negative way, we are usually not being realistic, we blow things out of proportion, and we make them worse than they really are. If I am not going to be realistic about a situation anyway, I might as well do it so it empowers me. And that is exactly what I have decided to do.

WHAT DECISIONS ARE YOU MAKING?

The problem with decisiveness is that most of us do not really understand the extent to which we can make decisions in our lives. We may think we can make decisions about some things but not others. But that is not true. We can absolutely decide how we are going to experience life ? whether it will be a struggle or a joy. Sometimes we are so enmeshed in our unconscious negative choices that it takes enormous self-discipline to tell ourselves, "No. I have decided to experience this situation differently. I am not going to allow my thoughts to go back to places that I don't want." The Law of Cause and Effect will always cooperate with our choice and bring us whatever we decide.

Most of us are very strong in the decisions we make in some areas of our lives, but we don't assert our power in our thoughts. Think about a food that you really hate, something that you would not eat under any circumstances. If I put it in front of you and asked you to eat it, you would probably say, "No way. I am not eating that. Never in a million years." No problem making a firm decision in that situation. Well, why not assert that same firmness when it comes to negative thinking? When a negative thought comes to you, pretend it is that despised food being offered to you and say "No way. I am not allowing any of that into my mind." The law will respond to your decision and that thought will not find its way in.

THE PRACTICAL SIDE OF DECISIVENESS

Being decisive in how you will experience life is really very practical. A number of years ago, I was teaching a course in an urban area in New Jersey in a section that is infested with drug pushers, addicts, and others who are operating at the lowest levels of life. One night as I was getting ready to park my car, I heard a big commotion. When I turned to see what was happening, I saw a woman holding a knife with a ten-inch blade. She was menacingly close to some guy and she was yelling about how she was going to stab him with it. To say that I experienced a little fear is an understatement. My first thought was to stay in the car because if she noticed me, I might become sliced meat. Then I decided that I was not about to let my thoughts go in that direction. I also decided to know that everywhere I go peace, harmony, and security surround me. Immediately afterward, someone took the knife away from the woman and all was calm. The following night when I arrived to teach another class, the neighborhood was calm, peaceful and serene. As I walked into the place where the classes were held, one of the students told me that there had just been a big fight between some guys right in front of the building. It ended just before I arrived. I decided to experience peace and harmony wherever I go and the Law of Cause and Effect responded.

The Bible says, "You shall decide upon a thing and it shall be done unto you." We decide and the Law of Cause and Effect responds. Look at those areas of your life that are not working and make a different decision about them. You have an incredible power to live the life of your choosing. Just remember that the quality of our lives is truly whatever we decide.

Manganese 101

Manganese is a metallic mineral that was discovered by a 17th century German chemist named Johann Glauber, though it was not isolated in a pure form until 1774, by Johan Gahn. It was Gahn's associate, a Swedish chemist, Carl Scheele, who first determined that manganese was an element. Manganese, as a trace mineral element, is found in all forms of life. It is essential to the health and functioning of the human body and mind in many ways.

In terms of physical health, the mineral manganese is important to almost all of the body's major systems. It works in the digestive system which is responsible for breaking down foods through digestion and transforming them into a form that the body can use. The primary function of manganese in the digestive system is acting as a cofactor in many of the enzymes responsible for releasing the energy in food making it accessible to both body and mind to fuel the essential and nonessential functions. This mineral is also being investigated for its potentials in the treatment of severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia. If proven positive, this could be a big breakthrough is the field of medical science.

How to Have a Sizzler of a Honeymoon! Article No.1

Henry Vlll and Elizabeth Taylor, who between them had fourteen spouses, would have had quite a few headaches planning their weddings. There would be the obvious ones ? Shall I wear white for my marriage to Eddie Fisher? After all, even though this is my fourth wedding I am only 27 and white looks magnificent on me! And the less obvious ones ? Should I invite all my ex ex ex wives' relatives to the wedding? For if the truth be known, I've always been more fond of them, than of her.

But the greatest quandary for all couples, whether marrying for the first time or the eighth, is the choice of a honeymoon. That special spot that will be a source of wonder and conversation for years to come ? possibly even for ever!

There are those who swear that surprising the bride is one of the better beginnings to a perfect honeymoon. But only if the couple have identical expectations of what a perfect honeymoon is - say the wives who were surprised, but not impressed.

Then there are those couples who select a place because it promises either constant activity, or no activity at all. Again, it works only if both partners are either lethargic, or active.

A trip overseas sounds romantic to almost all couples, and especially to those who have never travelled before. Those who have, complain of unexpected delays, missing luggage, constant search for trains, buses and taxis and expenditure of money that plays havoc with their initial budget. All of which brings a level of stress which some couples are unaware of, and would avoid if they did.

Then there are those special resorts that cater almost exclusively to the honeymooning market. In particular, there are those romantic islands which promise nothing but eating, drinking and dancing day in and day out. Sounds great, if both partners want to do all three things together. But what if one partner is into dancing, while the other can't tell one foot from the other? And one partner likes one glass of wine with a meal, while the other wants two or three pre-dinner drinks? And worse, what if the island is so small that the only place you can eat is at the resort and every meal costs an arm and a leg?

So how can you have a sizzler of a honeymoon?

Firstly, whether the honeymoon is to be a week-end or a fortnight, it is desirable that both partners want the same thing, whether this happens to be a trip of adventure and discovery, or lazing around in a hammock.

Secondly, money should never be a problem on a honeymoon. An extravagant weekend is preferably to a penny-pinching week.

Thirdly, a honeymoon doesn't have to take place immediately after the wedding, especially if there are extra responsibilities such as children from another marriage to consider. Perhaps a few months further on, when the new family has shaken itself into some order, a honeymoon will be a much more relaxing affair than immediately after the wedding.

And, of course, if you've blown all your money on an earth-shaking wedding, nothing to stop you from spending a week or two alone in your own home, having told everyone that you will be going away.

Take the phone off the hook and start getting to know each other all over again.

Garden Room Boundaries

The areas of your landscape can be divided into several sections and areas, which are also known as garden rooms. Garden rooms are spaces where you plant, grow, and display different ideas in gardening in various creative methods. One garden room could be a rose garden, while another could include the use of a water garden, while still another garden room in your landscape could include the use of just purple flowers. Garden rooms are your creation, and only limited to your imagination.

To create the rooms in your landscape where you can be both different and creative you need to actually create some type of walls in your gardens. The walls in your gardens are going to be grown from other larger types of plants. Living fences are one 'way' that you can create garden rooms.

Dependable shrubs and hedges that you can use for fences or as wall between the garden rooms include various types such as:

Forsythia is a spring flowering shrubs that would make the country garden room lovely. Long after the spring months, the flowers will die off but the leaves on this shrub will fill in as a wall nicely.

Broadleaf evergreens are another type of shrub that is very popular in creating garden rooms. One in particular is the boxwood. The boxwood can be shaped rounded or with a boxy shape. It will take years to grow to be very tall, but it is a very thick shrub, that will create wonderful walls for the garden rooms. The leaves are very small, appearing in the late spring months and lasting until the very coldest of the winter months.

There are many 'ways' that you can create walls in the garden to grow private rooms. Lilacs are a 'flowering boundary type' plant that will spread but very slowly. What Startups Need to Get a Business Loan, Part 2

In part 1 of this article, entitled "Three C's", we looked at the overview of startup business loan requirements from the lender's perspective. We read how cash, good credit and sufficient collateral form a joint partnership to enable a loan request to bond together into a doable deal. Part 2 will convey the borrower's documentation necessities in a more detailed fashion. Bear in mind that the following points are of a "generally complete scope", and that different types of lenders may have additional, similar, or unique conditions to adhere to.

All would-be borrowers of startup business capital need to begin to create and/or gather the following information:

Business Plan - This is not the same as a full scope "business plan" that you would have professionally prepared to approach a venture capital firm. What your plan needs to document is the type of business, ownership information, legal entity (i.e., sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, etc.), the origination date of the company, the type of product or service offered, and any organizational or management information that the lender should know about, such as:

How many employees will you have, if any, and what their function will be

How you intend to get business

What your selling terms are (e.g., 2% 10 days, net 30)

What facilities are utilized, etc.

Use of proceeds - Disclose the loan amount and how the funds will be used (percentage of working capital, of new equipment, of paying off other debts, etc.).

Projections - This is a major area. If you can get letters from two or three trades that say they are ready to give you projects once you are funded, it would help tremendously. Also, include income and expense projections for the next three years prepared by you or by an accountant. Generally, lenders will want to see cash flow such that your net income from the business will be at least 1.5 times that of the debt service.

Personal Financial Statement - Make sure to list all of your assets and all of your liabilities. List any personal debt owed to banks, finance companies, etc.

Personal Tax Returns - Provide copies of the last three years personal tax returns. Make sure to include all pages.

Personal Resume - You can create this yourself; there's no need to hire a professional to do this. However, do your very best to make it look professional.

Articles of Incorporation - If the business entity is a corporation, provide a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and the borrowing resolution of the company.

Partnership Agreement - If the business entity is a partnership, provide a copy of the Partnership Agreement.

Business References - Provide three letters of reference, one being from another bank or lender. Ask for testimonials. Do not just list names and phone numbers.

Listing of Fixed Assets - List all your fixed assets with their approximate fair market value and their make, model and serial numbers. List their liquidation value as well.

Equipment - If any of the proceeds are for new equipment, provide invoices or equipment description(s). List any equipment for the business in your possession, it's age, a copy of title, the original dealer invoice, and the amount of hours on the equipment.

Bank Statements - Include bank statement(s) to verify the amount of cash you have to put down on the loan.

Credit Report - If you have ordered and received your personal credit report, include it as well.

Professional Assistance - List the contact information of your banker, your accountant, your attorney, and your loan broker.

With all of this information compiled, you're well on your way to having a nice package to present to a lender. A very wise move would be to contact a professional loan broker to assist you in putting the documentation together into a format that commercial lenders and banks want to see. Brokers are also able to submit your loan request to a few different lenders to provide you with the best possible rates and terms. He or she will also strengthen the request by making certain that all of the appropriate paperwork is gathered and put into it's proper order.

Though this procedure may seem daunting, and the documents take a good amount of time to create, there is an additional benefit that is not readily apparent to most borrowers. If, for one reason or another your loan is not approved with the initial attempt, it only takes a few forms prepared by your broker to convert your request into an SBA loan. A pencil. Yes, a pencil. In my opinion, every great idea has started with a pencil. Sure, lots stay in someone's head, but to me a great idea doesn't have any value until it's written down. Until it's written down it's just dust I the wind: here today and quickly forgotten tomorrow.

But, every great idea needs a little something extra. Maybe you're great at design, but you simply can't write worth a darn. Or, maybe, you have the best idea for a website, but no real way to get the word out. Either way, we all have different skills and we all have something to give and wouldn't mind getting a little something in return.
